User experience test

    Hello,

    We have shared a demo of our apps to a closed member group and they have experienced the followings issues:

    – On iPad8,1 (13.1): Camera rotation does not work. To click any button user has to click twice.

    – PC (chrome): clicks work fine. Camera rotation works properly. Sessions stop randomly (check image attached).

    – PC (internet explorer): iframe does not load. It is blind.

    – Android devices: same experience as google chrome on PC.

    – Any device: if more than 2-3 user connect to the app at the same time these issues happen:

    1.- Other users sessions suddenly stop.

    2.- Some users can´t play and his iframe shows other user session.

    Any idea of these issues? do you have a launch date for production?

    Hi,

    Nice, you made many tests to improve furioos.
    Your report is almost perfect but we need to know if it was a share, an embed… ?

    – For Ipad 8, we gonna try that and see what append.

    – Random session stop is a know issue and we are working on it.

    – IE is not supported.

    – 2-3 user connected, you need to be more precise : are they connected with your own identifiers ? or through a share or an embed on your website ?

    1. Other session can be stopped if they are using the same furioos’ account.

    2. Some users can’t play and his iframe shows other user session. <= What did you mean ? the play button is disabled ?

     

    We don’t have a launch date to communicate for now.

    Hi Maxence,

    – 2-3 user connected, you need to be more precise : are they connected with your own identifiers ? or through a share or an embed on your website ? 

    I meant that 2 or 3 users using the app from different devices from this landing page: https://www.viewtek.eu/test-fullwebapp where the project is embed.

    1. Other session can be stopped if they are using the same furioos’ account.

    Users tested it from our website, not logged in your platform.

    2. Some users can’t play and his iframe shows other user session. <= What did you mean ? the play button is disabled ?

    I mean that, after clicking on Play button some users couldn´t have control of the app because they were seeing other user session.
