Unable to make account

I didn’t receive the code to activate my account. And I tried to set up a new account a second time, but the website wouldn’t let me and said I was already registered.

I’ve tried signing up but keep getting “Invalid Email Provider. ”

Frustrating since I am wanting to demo this service.
