Touch Input / Wrong Location on Screen

Hi All

I got the problem that my touch inputs on mobile devices (Tablets etc.) are on the wrong location on the screen.
If you put your finger on the screen the mouse cursor will appear 2-3cm to the left of your finger.
The Distance between mouse cursor and finger gets bigger on the right side of the screen – smaller on the left side.

I testet it with 2 diffrent apllications and 6 diffrent mobile devices.
