Having published my first app on Furioos I was really surprised how well it handles control mapping on desktop as this has been a problem in the past with pixel streaming services.
Mobile was not as good, although I can move the camera my FPS style character just eyeballs the floor every time I let go and hit the screen again and of course none of my WASD controls are available as they’re not mapped to anything else.
What’s the best approach for creating an app that works well across both Desktop and Mobile? Does anyone know if the standard UE4 virtual joysticks (for mobile) work? Is it possible to serve a different app to mobile or desktop devices? Would it be more effective to design the app just for click/touch?
