Pre-allocation campaing gives worse experience than default

    Last week we have created a campaing with a buffer size of 3, and simultaneous users of 100. Our experience is that even with a single user, we had to wait multiple minutes to get in.

    We also have a few other applications running without any campaing that in most times have faster loading time.

    Is the pre-allocation campaing even working?
