Doesn't work on mobile devices – black screen

Hi,
we’ve created and uploaded couple of unity applications. On pc (win10) they work like a charm, but there is a problem on mobile. We’ve tested every sharing option, link, iframe and it always ended up with black screen. In the dashboard we can see that sessions were created, but it seems no render image was streamed.

Finaly we’ve checked one of your demos, and it also ended with black screen (pic).  We’ve done several tests on different mobile devices, Galaxy s9, Galaxy s10, Galaxy TAB s6 and so on, on different browsers, Google Chrome and Samsung Internet with the same result, black screen.
