Cannot build account

  • Hi there,

    I have just registered my account, but on the build page where I have to enter a VAT number and save payment information, nothing seem to work. I’ve tried putting in numbers and the save information button does nothing.

    Do I need to setup payment some other way or is this a bug on the website.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Now I seem to be having issues with the billing.

    I entered my credit card details and it charged me the full 55 euros. But none of the functions were working such as upload and viewing the examples, the error said my account subscription was inactive.

    After I went back to the payment console and pressed enabled renewal, it then said my subscription is now active, charged me another 55 euros. But now the subscription is inactive again.

    I am not sure if this is a bug, but it’s definitely making me not want to use this service and file charge backs. I know this service is still in beta, but anything to do with billing should be a top priority.

     

    It looks like other people are also experiencing this issue.

    Would very much appreciate a fix.

    Please see attached screenshots of the direct debit deductions. Not sure if it will be useful for you guys to resolve the problem (the amount shown is in New Zealand Dollars).

    Just FYI, please disregard the VAT number. It was just a placeholder from the original bug. We do not use VAT here in NZ.
